Developers for businesses that run on a website, portal or internal software

Your customers order through a portal, or your staff work in tools someone built years ago, and only one or two people know how they work. We add senior developers who keep these systems running and keep changes moving.

Your business runs on software, even if you don't sell it

Many of the companies we work with manufacture, ship, publish or advise. A website, customer portal or internal tool sits in the middle of how they earn money.

The team behind it is often small: one developer, an agency that has moved on, or an IT department with other priorities.

  • Only one or two people understand how the system works

  • Small changes wait weeks because nobody has time for them

  • It runs on an old version of Drupal, PHP or a framework your team avoids

  • You pay per-seat SaaS fees for tools that only half fit how you work

  • A new rule, such as the European Accessibility Act, needs changes you can't staff

How we help

Keep your current system up to date

Security updates, version upgrades and the small changes that pile up. We take over Drupal, PHP and Laravel systems that other teams built.

Connect systems that don't talk to each other

Integrations, middleware and APIs between your CRM, ERP and the tools around them, so data stops being copied by hand. Includes MCP servers for AI assistants.

Build the business software you're missing

ARP is our platform for custom business software with AI agents that handle paperwork. It runs on your servers, the code is yours, and there is no per-seat licence.

Add a developer in 2 to 3 days

Senior, full-time developers who join your tools and meetings. If someone isn't the right fit, we bring in someone else.

Get a development team of your own

Senior developers who work only on your systems, like an in-house IT team you don't have to hire. A team is usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks, and a backup developer covers holidays and sick days.

Meet accessibility requirements

Two of our engineers hold IAAP's WAS certification. We audit your site for the European Accessibility Act and fix what we find.

How it starts

  • Tell us what you run

A short call about the system, what's stuck and what you need first.

  • We propose people or a plan

Developers who join your team, or a fixed-scope project with a fixed price.

  • Work starts within days

A developer can start in 2 to 3 days. A full team usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Who we work with

Since 2013 we have delivered more than 500 projects for clients such as T-Systems, WPP, Capgemini, UNESCO and the Publications Office of the EU.

Frequently asked questions

We don't have developers in-house. Can we still work with you?Yes. We handle the technical side and explain it in plain language. We sync with you every day, on a short call or over chat, and ask for your feedback every week.

Can you take over a system another agency built?Yes. We map the code and its dependencies before changing anything, then take over maintenance and new work. Olex.ai's platform had passed through several agencies before it came to us.

How fast can you start? One developer in 2 to 3 days. A full team usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

What happens when a developer is sick or on holiday? You get a backup developer, so the work doesn't stop.

What if a developer isn't the right fit?Tell us, and we bring in someone else based on what we've learned about your team.

Do we need to replace our current software?Usually not. We upgrade what you have, connect it to your other systems, or build the missing piece alongside it.

Who owns what you build? You do. The code and the applications are yours. ARP, our business software platform, runs on your own servers.

Where are your developers, and are they employees? All of them are full-time Agiledrop employees, working from our offices in Ljubljana, Maribor and Celje in Slovenia. We work in English, with at least 2 hours of overlap with your working day.

Can we start small? Our developers usually work full-time for one client. If you'd rather start part-time or with a fixed-scope project, tell us and we'll find a setup that fits.

Can a developer come to our office?Yes. Our developers have visited clients onsite many times. We arrange it with notice and agree the details beforehand.
